What is an ALTA/NSPS survey?
It’s a detailed land title survey that follows national standards set by the American Land Title Association and the National Society of Professional Surveyors. It shows boundaries, improvements, easements and other matters that affect the title.
Do I need one for a commercial purchase?
Most commercial lenders and title insurers require one. Check your purchase contract and loan commitment, or call us and we’ll help you sort it out.
What are “Table A” items?
They’re optional extras, such as utilities, parking counts or zoning information, that your lender or title company chooses to add. We’ll go over the list with you before we start.
Can you handle the whole project, not just the ALTA?
Yes. We can handle everything from the initial boundary survey through topo, construction staking, as-builts and the final ALTA.
