Beginning in 2016, we have been working with preferred builders in this gorgeous master planned community near Charleston. We helped with boundary, topographic and tree surveys for custom homes to be envisioned and designed on the lots and have seen these homes all the way through the layout for construction to begin and as-built surveys for their soon-to-be residents. If you are looking for a home in the Lowcountry you might do yourself a favor and check out Poplar Grove.
